Why the budget dificit in pakistan is gradually expanding?
How budget difict can be removed??

Tell in detail with at least 10 headings in each question

Please answer
Thanks in advance

Answer:

Answer by zuhaib
Well the answer is very simple……. three points exist here:

1) Corruption
2) Political instability
3) Natural disasters
4) Power crisis
5) Government’s non-productive expenditures and departments

The easiest way to remove all these problems is to form a government run by honest technocrats. It is a well known fact that the vision of a technocrat is far more than an illeterate politician… Technocrats as we can see can largely improve the planning of many areas of the country and give amazing vision to government departments so they can improve…. e.g. if we had planned for the power crisis 10-20 years ago. We might not have been facing these problems….If all departments are working in a planned manner under people who know and understand things and most importntly who are honest. They will produce in a better way and it will definitely help us escape the budget deficit…..

Question: How can one support a balanced budget amendment?
I support a balanced budget but there are times when balancing the budget isn’t possible.
FDR’s budgets weren’t balanced but that is because the times called for increased spending.

Just because Congress has trouble balancing the budget now, why should we strip them of all power to to pass an unbalanced budget when sometimes its neccesary.

Answer:

Answer by Al Frommi
I think yes. Revenues against expenses and debt incurred. they must equal and then have a surplus for emergencies. I am old enough to know that during the past wars there was a war tax that was imposed by the congress. I have no idea why wasn’t this done for the war in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan. Also, the idea that subsidies can bring jobs was absurd. Not without asking anything in return. I do not know of any country that gives money away to corporation without asking not to wreck the economy.

A step-by-step talk-through of how I converted my van into a motorhome on a low budget. Includes tips and the lessons I learned from building the 3 different interior versions that I made in the same van. The whole point of the exercize was to create a camper van on a limited budget. If you are pondering making your own van, watch this video, learn from my mistakes and save yourself a fortune. The MK3 interior version I have today is built on exactly the same principals as the MK1 version illustrated in this video. It’s incredibly functional and is a real looker! .

Question: budget???…..?
Have booked the venue: 600 (including site and reception)
Have booked the photographer: 1,600
so that’s $ 2200.
My wedding is over a year away. (october 09)
What is the thing I need to do next. I know I have a while, but I graduate college in May and I’ll be busy so I’m trying to get as much done as possible before then!
I’ve looked at checklists and i’m no theknot.com, but I would like to know what I need to do next.
My budget is 5,000. Any suggestions for keeping it cheap?! I would LIKE to keep it under 4,000, but I can’t spend anymore then 5,000.
I’m doing all silk flowers, besides the bouquets.
Thanks =)
i’m spending so much on a photographer, because that is the one thing I went crazy on and we will have those pictures forever.
i’m not having a dinner!
just snacks. I’m having the wedding around 2:00
and a friend can dj for free
Well Okay I’ll explain MORE!
I have a family friend doing the centerpieces and she’s paying for all those flowers, it’s a wedding present to us.
A friend is doing the DJ for free.
Our reception food is going to cost about $ 350.
NOBODY in our family does dinner at weddings so it’s completely normal.
We’re having a very relaxed reception, with dancing, music, and having fun. We are having a slide show of us played while we are taking pictures. The reception is going to take about 2 1/2 hours with all that. The wedding will be at 2:30 and then the reception will be around 3:30-6:00 or whenever they leave. People….this is normal in our family. So with all that saving, I’m saving like 2,000 because people are helping us! So really our budget is over 7,000… but we aren’t spending it all.
You know, all I asked was what to do next. I didn’t need all the extra comments like ‘that’s too much for a photographer’. That’s normal for a photographer.
I’m actually getting it for the cheapest that I can around here. And they are including a whole lot with it like the cd with all the pictures.
This is what I want, but thanks….

Answer:

Answer by SpikeyJo
Buy the dress `out of season` so Novemeber/December time is good. Organise transport (if you need it) and the catering as soon as possible so you can sort out prices. Shop around for invitations (or make your own) and decorations for the tables.
